做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
