做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
