做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
