做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
