做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
