做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
