做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
