做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
