做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
