做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
