做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
