做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
