做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
