做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
