做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
