做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
