做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
