做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
