做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
