做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
