做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
