做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
