做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
