做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
