做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
