做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
