做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
