做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
