做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
