做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
