做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
