做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
