做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
