做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
