做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
