做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
